Leamington is private ad is designated as a "non rental" area (no short-term vacation rentals). It features two guard gated entries (one of Hwy 278, and one within the South area of Palmetto Dunes). Owners enjoy a private beach club, the Arthur Hills Golf Course, a beautiful lagoon side pool and recreation area, and the Lighthouse park area. Owners can own their own golf cart and even use them to go to the beach club. Leamington is the ONLY private beach and golf community on Hilton Head Island.
